• Breeding and business records you enter: stallion details, bookings, contracts, payment amounts, collection logs
• Billing information: handled directly by Stripe; StudHQ does not store your card details
• Usage data: basic technical data (such as login activity) needed to operate the service

• To provide and operate the StudHQ service
• To process subscription billing via Stripe
• To enable features you use, such as vet access invitations
• To communicate with you about your account

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Vets you explicitly invite to specific stallion records
• Service providers who help us operate the app (such as hosting and database infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including access controls that keep each account's data isolated from other accounts.

You can update or correct your account information at any time in Account Settings. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time, and will note the "last updated" date above.
