Terms of Service

StudHQ is a stallion breeding management tool that helps stallion owners and breeding stations track stallions, bookings, contracts, payments, and breeding records, and grant limited access to veterinarians.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter, including contract and payment records.

StudHQ is offered on a subscription basis with tiers based on the number of stallions managed. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial; no payment is required to start a trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Account owners may invite veterinarians to view specific stallions' records. Vets do not pay for access. Owners are responsible for managing who has access to their data.

You retain ownership of the breeding, contract, and business data you enter into StudHQ. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another account's data without authorization, or use StudHQ for any unlawful purpose.

StudHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. StudHQ is a record-keeping tool; it does not provide veterinary, legal, or financial advice, and you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your own records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudHQ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StudHQ after changes means you accept the updated terms.
